My everyday life is a wild ride thanks to great friends, family, travels, successes, struggles and BMX. I wouldn’t change any of it. I often wake up to a new adventure and challenge and I live for that.
Since December 31st, 1981, I’ve been labeled things like: student, defendant, graduate, citizen, captain, patient, guest, teenager, president, athlete, secretary, viewer, amateur, employee, champion, minor, investor, alumni, board member, policy holder, client, customer, adult and rider.
These labels are what they are, some good, some bad, a few honorary and most meaningless.
What I love about etnies is that they push these labels aside and focus on what really matters in people: their vision, drive and lifestyle. This value is clearly evident in their products that I can use when I’m a “rider” or any other “category” I fit into at the time.
Now that I think about it, there is one label that I don’t mind and that’s being a “teammate” of the LEGENDS I grew up watching and looking up to.
